I wanted to inform you that it's been almost a month

since I lost part of the complete control of the forum.

I've written many times to the activeboard support,

but they always answer me with bull****.

I can't get the new payments to enter, and therefore the renewals.

To say that I'm pissed off with these incompetents of activebord,

is to say nothing. I'm sorry for the inconvenience,

I'll keep you informed.

Mario

This is terrible. Especially because you can't do anything. Hope a solution can be found soon

hideI realize that maybe we started off on the wrong foot with my attitude,
but after months from my first support message for the problem on the
forum, I really can't understand why we are still stuck in this
situation today. Please, I ask you for the umpteenth time, give me a
hand to solve the problem. If it's a question of money, can I subscribe
to the gold option, you tell me. Thanks

hideHi there,

This isn't a question of money, which is why we haven't processed your
upgrade. It would not be fair for us to have you pay additional charges
for a service that you currently can't access.

This is currently dependant on our developers who are focused on other,
larger projects with our other products at the moment. We can understand
how this is impacting your forum and we do have these items in queue to
be corrected, it's just a matter of when our main developer who works
with ActiveBoard will become available. We can get some of our junior
devs working on this as well to get started, but they are also currently
tied up with the same projects.

At this time, I do not have a timeline for when our devs will become
available to assit with this fix.

I can check with our project manager for an expected timeline, but
unfortunately, that's the most I can do from my side at the moment as I
have zero development experience.

I do apologize for the massive inconvenience that this is causing for
you and I will do my best to get someone working on this as soon as
possible.

Cheers,

Marcus
